The online Italian Review of Legal History aims to facilitate the scientific debate among Italian and international scholars on Italian, European and world-wide themes concerning the juridical field from the early medieval centuries to the contemporary period. Italian and foreigners scholars will be provided with the speediest and most efficient way to spread at an international level their research outcomes. In order to foster a debate between historians and lawyers, every two years a forum will take place where a specific theme or issue will be proposed by the scientific committee of the review or by Italian and international colleagues, and where topics of particular interest and actuality will discussed from both a historical and a legal prospective.
Open Access Policy
In order to promote the dissemination of the research findings and the scientific debate, the articles published in Italian Review of Legal History are fully open access and freely available to the public. No fees are required for publication to the Authors.
